A romantic hideaway

If you're planning a romantic stay on the Coffs Coast, my choice for a romantic getaway is Bottleaero. This uniquely creative Airbnb in Coffs Harbour was designed and built from the ground up by its owners, Lynn and Rob.

BOTTLEAERO is located in a private bushland setting, that offers a unique accommodation stay that has been built with love, imagination, and hard work.

It’s unique. A niche retreat for two.

BOTTLEAERO is a separate, purpose built structure located on the host’s property.

The images give you a peek at the creative architecture and interior design. Natural light gleams in jewel-like colours through the bottles embedded in the walls, hence the name Bottleaero. And you'll be delighted by Rob's purposefully sourced timber features, using large pieces of timber at interesting angles.

The architecture is complemented by Lynn’s eclectic design sense - a delicious blend of vintage, and quirky artefacts - and thoughtful kitchen inclusions.

There’s a fireplace to get cosy by in cool weather, and a pool for morning dips or balmy evening swims. Create a cheese and antipasto plate and sip a made-by-you cocktail by the pool.

While there is plenty to do in the Coffs Coast region, you will be tempted to spend time just relaxing 'at home'.

And without giving too much away, there’s an opportunity for you to leave a creative mark before you leave.

And you will feel a little sad leaving this gem. It very quickly feels like 'home'.

You can feel the love and attention to detail Lynn and Rob have put into fitting out this space to make their guests feel special.

BOTTLEAERO is close to Coffs Harbour for exploring the stunning Coffs Coast beaches and natural beauty, or hikes, or lunches and dinners out. Your hosts can suggest local eateries or places to explore in the region.

I stayed two nights and totally enjoyed an 'escape' from my home in Coffs Harbour to ... Coffs Harbour.
Even as a tourist in my own city it felt a world away.

The design of this Airbnb is so unique it's inspiring. Don’t be surprised if you start imagining how you too could embed coloured bottles into the walls of your own home - there really is a magic about it.
